fanlisting
According to TFL, a fanlisting is "a place for all fans of a particular show, movie, actor, actress, singer, etc. to come together and build the biggest listing of people from all around the world who are fans of that subject.". So, it's just exactly what it says: a list of fans. Maybe you think it isn't a specially useful thing... But isn't something good showing to the world your devotion and love for a determinate character, actor, book or whatever? So, this is what you do when you join a fanlisting. And, of course, you can always have the chance to meet other people who like the same you do... and that's always a great thing :)
If you're interested in knowing still more about the fanlistings, check any of both fanlisting networks for more information: The Fanlistings Network / The Anime Fanlistings Network
why
For a lot of people (that includes myself, of course ;)) Sirius and Remus aren't just old friends, but a couple too; and because of that, there are lots of fanworks about them, because they are one of the most popular not-canon couples in the HP universe (well, I *do* think we can find some hints in the books, but I know many people who thinks we, the S/R fans, have too many . This fanlisting is devoted to a part of these fanworks - to all the amazing drawings, by a lot of different artists, featuring Sirius and Remus in any way, but always together <3 So, if you enjoy surfing the net searching for Sirius/Remus fanarts and/or you like drawing pics of the two of them, this is your place :)
I'm a big fan of Remus and Sirius, however I couldn't find a good title for the FL myself. Finally, Kiiro suggested me to name the fanlisting Fly me to the moon, because of the Frank Sinatra's song... I thought it was a fantastic idea, because I love all the Sirius/Remus fluffy stuff *cough* and I thought it sounded so, so sweet; besides, it's a really wonderful song, so :) ...
