It was May 2003 or so when I first created this site, and let me say that I never had heard a word about fanlisting collectives before, so I wasn't following any, uhm, trend - I simply thought it made sense to have all my joined fanlistings in one same place, along with a separate list for the few fanlistings I owned myself at that moment. Fragments of Memories was first born as Fanatic, because I couldn't think a better name back then (... have I ever mentioned I suck at naming things?). Some time later I changed a bit the site structure, because my number of owned fanlistings had grown significantly, and then it became a proper fanlisting collective, not just a joined page with a couple of owned links :)

Fanatic went on a very long hiatus about a year later (in other words: I decided to temporarily close the site, for several reasons) and wouldn't be back until summer 2005, in a still-under-construction version, but much better than the previous one. And with a new name, Fragments of Memories, taken from one of the songs in the Final Fantasy VIII soundtrack... because I was (re)playing the game back then, because I love the song and because I thought it was somehow a fitting name for a website gathering in one way or another all the different things I like.

I would suggest you to visit howlingmoon.NET to know more about me, but since the domain has been on hiatus for a very long while and I don't know if I'll be able to put something up there anytime soon, here we go with the basics:

• Name: Marta, usually known as Setsuka or Setsu (or Gingetsu, at TFL/TAFL message boards)
• Gender: Female (duh!)
• Birth date: September 7th, 1982
• Birth place: Barcelona, Spain
• Job: Web developer, although I feel I'm still too much of a hobbyist in that field (because I still rely too much in trial/error procedures, and specially because I'm a total newbie in most programming languages other than XHTML and CSS)
• Hobbies: Web designing, reading, learning (yes, for fun, because I'm such a nerd), video games, watching movies, photography, drawing (although I fail at doing anything vaguely artistic most of the time)
• Favorites: You can figure out pretty much everything I love by visiting the collective, but my main little obsessions are Rammstein, the Silent Hill game series, Naoki Urasawa's works, Star Wars, Daniel Day-Lewis, CSI, Heroes... and too many movies for my own sake, but I always feel the need to mention my hopeless, unbreakable devotion to Blade Runner <3

The current layout features the main characters from the first season of the CBS sci-fi/drama series Heroes, one of my favorite TV shows at this moment (or I should say, one of the few TV shows I've really enjoyed, actually).
